Order processing
Orders are processed on working days after payment confirmation. You receive an order ID immediately, and a confirmation once the item is packed and handed to the courier.
Delivery timelines
Metro locations usually receive orders in 2–4 working days. Other serviceable pin codes take 4–8 working days. Timelines may extend during festivals, strikes or weather disruptions.
Shipping charges
Standard delivery is charged at checkout and is shown before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery threshold displayed in the cart ship at no extra cost.
Tracking
Every shipped order carries a tracking status visible under My Orders. Courier tracking details are shared on your registered mobile number and email.
Delivery issues
If a package arrives damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery where possible and inform us within 48 hours with photographs so we can arrange a replacement.
