Information we collect
When you book a service, place an order or send an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, address and the details of your request. Documents you upload for an application are collected only for that specific application.
How we use your information
Your information is used to confirm and deliver your order, contact you about it, process payment through our payment gateway, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage and security
Order and request data is stored on secured systems with restricted access. Uploaded documents are kept only as long as needed to complete your application and are then removed on request.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Card, UPI and banking credentials are never stored on Karmany systems.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your data by contacting easyanalysis9022@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.
