Product orders
Product orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are handed to the courier. Once shipped, an order can only be returned under the Refund Policy.
Online service requests
A request can be cancelled at no cost before our team begins work. Once an application has been prepared or submitted, service charges become non-refundable and third-party fees already paid cannot be recovered.
Digital service projects
Projects can be cancelled before the first milestone begins. After work starts, billing is settled for the completed milestones and the remaining amount is released.
Cancellation by Karmany
We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the pin code is not serviceable, the request is outside our scope, or the details provided are incomplete or incorrect. Any amount collected in such cases is refunded in full.

Open My Orders or My Requests, select the item and use the support option, or contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
